FACULTY:

Dr. Jason Gajraj, MD, MS is an Internal Medicine physician and the founder of G&G Medical, where he is dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care with a focus on long-term patient outcomes. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and has since combined clinical excellence with a strong commitment to advancing modern medical practice.
Dr. Gajraj is actively involved in clinical research, with a particular focus on the impact of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists on sarcopenia and fall risk in the elderly. His work reflects a forward-thinking approach to medicine, aiming to better understand how emerging therapies influence not only metabolic health but also functional outcomes and quality of life in aging populations.
As a physician and entrepreneur, Dr. Gajraj emphasizes innovation, precision, and patient-centered care in every aspect of his practice. His ability to integrate clinical care with cutting-edge research allows him to remain at the forefront of evolving treatment strategies.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Gajraj leads a vibrant and well-rounded lifestyle. He enjoys DJ’ing, traveling, and spending meaningful time with family. A dedicated canine lover, he values companionship and balance outside the clinical setting. He also has a passion for high-performance automobiles and enjoys driving fast cars—reflecting his appreciation for precision, performance, and attention to detail.

RESIDENTS:

Dr. Jamal Zahir, MD is an incoming Orthopaedic Surgery Resident (PGY-1) at SHB-LBH. He grew up in Denver, CO, USA and was an International Baccalaureate (IB) Scholar and a recipient of the prestigious Daniel's Fund Full-Ride Scholarship - in memory of the late Bill Daniels. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Colorado Denver (UCD) with a Bachelors Degree in Biology. After graduating from UCD, he then purposefully pursued opportunities outside medicine to become a well-rounded professional. Between his undergraduate studies and matriculating into medical school, he was a gas station clerk for ExxonMobil, a medical scribe for ScribeAmerica, and consultant for Zillow Group, a Fortune 500 Company. This well-rounded life experience helped Dr. Zahir quickly establish rapport and relate to a wide community of individuals/patients from various walks of life. He received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) with honors from Ross University School of Medicine where he was invited to the Rho Mu Delta Medical Honor Society for excellence in academics, leadership, service to the profession and community. Dr. Zahir completed a 1-year Orthopaedic Spine Research Fellowship at St. Mary's Medical Center - University of California San Francisco (UCSF) (formerly Dignity Health) under the supervision of Dr. Dimitriy Kondrashov, MD. He then completed another 1-year Orthopaedic Upper Extremity Research Fellowship at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute at AdventHealth Orlando under the tutelage of Dr. Amir Kachooei, MD, PhD. Dr. Zahir has presented his research at numerous conferences around the world including the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH; Vancouver, BC, Canada - 2025), the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS; New Orleans, LA, United States - 2026), Clinical Orthopaedic Society (COS; Amelia Island, FL, United States - 2025), and the Emirates International Orthopedic Congress (EIOC; Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - 2024).
Outside medicine, he enjoys designing mixed martial arts (MMA) equipment, photography/videography, teaching and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), driving fast cars, and recharging by spending time with family.

Dr. Nabeel Butt, MD is an Internal Medicine resident at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, where he built a strong foundation in clinical medicine and developed a passion for delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.
Coming from a family of physicians, with both parents in the medical field, Dr. Butt was exposed to the values of dedication, compassion, and lifelong learning from an early age. This foundation has shaped his approach to medicine and continues to drive his commitment to excellence in patient care.
Dr. Butt has a growing interest in critical care medicine, where he is drawn to the complexity, acuity, and team-based nature of managing critically ill patients. He is committed to developing the clinical judgment and procedural skills necessary to excel in high-stakes environments while maintaining a patient-first mindset.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Butt maintains a dynamic and well-rounded lifestyle. He is passionate about fitness and regularly engages in weightlifting, reflecting his discipline and focus. He also enjoys traveling and exploring diverse culinary experiences through restaurant hopping. In addition, he has a strong interest in fashion design, combining creativity and attention to detail—qualities that parallel his approach to medicine.

Dr. Segala Fon Tita, MD is an aspiring cardiothoracic surgeon and a current PGY-1 preliminary General Surgery resident at Brookdale University Medical Center in New York. Born in Oklahoma City to parents of Cameroonian origin, Dr. Tita spent his formative years between the United States and Cameroon, where he attended elementary school and later completed boarding school for his middle school education. This multicultural upbringing instilled in him a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and has shaped his ability to connect meaningfully with patients from a wide range of backgrounds.
Dr. Tita earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Oklahoma, where he developed a strong foundation in the sciences and a growing interest in surgical disciplines. He went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Ross University School of Medicine, completing his preclinical training in Barbados before advancing to clinical rotations, including a pivotal third-year experience at Mount Sinai Hospital Chicago. His international medical education further broadened his clinical perspective and reinforced his commitment to delivering patient-centered care across diverse healthcare settings.
Deeply motivated by his interest in cardiac surgery, Dr. Tita is dedicated to continual growth both in and outside the operating room. Beyond medicine, he is passionate about traveling, podcasting, and creative expression—particularly through manga and anime. He maintains an active lifestyle through exercise, tennis, and soccer and is an avid supporter of Chelsea F.C.
Through his journey, Dr. Tita serves as a role model for aspiring medical students—especially those from international and nontraditional backgrounds—demonstrating that resilience, adaptability, and a global perspective are powerful assets in the pursuit of a career in medicine.

Dr. Farrah Gajraj, MD is an Internal Medicine resident physician known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and commitment to evidence-based care. She earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for improving patient outcomes through both clinical practice and research.
Dr. Gajraj is actively involved in academic medicine and has contributed to research on advanced therapeutics, including biologic agents such as dupilumab and Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists. Her work reflects a dedication to staying at the forefront of evolving treatments and translating emerging evidence into high-quality patient care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Gajraj is deeply committed to animal welfare. A devoted cat mom, she actively fosters and supports kitten adoption efforts, including providing a loving home to a kitten with Feline leukemia. Her compassion extends beyond the clinic, reflecting a genuine commitment to care in all aspects of life.
She maintains a highly active lifestyle, regularly engaging in yoga, weightlifting, and travel. This balance of physical wellness, intellectual curiosity, and empathy shapes her holistic approach to medicine.

Dr. Danyal Butt, MD is an Internal Medicine resident training in Toledo, where he is building a strong foundation in comprehensive, patient-centered medical care. He earned his medical degree from Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Medical & Dental College, where he developed a passion for clinical excellence, academic medicine, and evidence-based practice.
Dr. Butt is deeply committed to advancing patient care through both clinical practice and research, with a particular interest in integrating up-to-date medical evidence into everyday decision-making. His approach emphasizes thoughtful, detail-oriented care and strong communication with patients and their families.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Butt values balance and personal growth. He enjoys reading and staying engaged with medical literature, contributing to research initiatives, and spending meaningful time with family. He also has a passion for the outdoors, often exploring nature through hiking—an activity that reflects his discipline, resilience, and appreciation for long-term goals.

Dr. Hassan Ahmad, MD is an incoming General Surgery resident at Harlem Hospital Center in New York City. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, where he developed a strong foundation in surgical principles and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Dr. Ahmad is driven by a deep sense of purpose both inside and outside of medicine, with a strong passion for service and community impact through charitable initiatives. His clinical interests span the breadth of general surgery, with a focus on delivering precise, compassionate, and patient-centered care in high-acuity environments.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Ahmad leads a dynamic and well-rounded life. He has a keen interest in automotive culture, photography, aviation, and fashion—blending technical curiosity with creative expression. Whether capturing moments through a lens, piloting aircraft, or staying active on the basketball court, he brings discipline and attention to detail into every pursuit. A devoted sports fan, he remains loyal to the New York Giants—even through challenging seasons.

Dr. Noman Ahmad, MD is a dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology resident currently training at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, where he developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for women’s health.
Dr. Ahmad is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, with a particular emphasis on optimizing patient satisfaction and fostering meaningful physician–patient relationships. His clinical interests span the breadth of obstetrics and gynecology, including preventive care, reproductive health, and the management of complex gynecologic conditions.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ahmad brings energy and balance to his life through dancing, traveling, and spending time as a proud cat dad. His well-rounded personality and commitment to excellence make him a valuable mentor and resource for aspiring medical professionals navigating their own journeys in healthcare.
MEDICAL STUDENTS:

Ashraf Nawari is a fourth-year medical student at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine. His passion for orthopaedics is based on his experience as a lifelong soccer player with semi-professional experience which drew him to orthopaedic sports medicine. He has authored various publications and presented his work on artificial intelligence (AI) performance on the Orthopaedic In-Training Exam (OITE) as a podium presentation at the 2025 American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) meeting. He is passionate about mentorship and founded a surgery chapter for Sudanese students. Outside of his professional life, he likes learning about ancient history, watching lakers basketball, and boxing.
