Dr. Svanjita Berry, MD

Hi, I am Svanjita Berry! I earned my Bachelors degree in biological sciences with a minor in Neuroscience and Psychological sciences at Penn State. I also worked as a teaching/lab assistant for numerous science courses there.

I am a graduate of Ross University School of Medicine where I was Head Tutor and Anatomy Teaching Assistant during my 2nd-year. I participated in MATCH 2023 and I successfully matched in Family Medicine in Michigan at Trinity Health.

As a testament and manifestation of my passion for teaching, I am the Founder of MedTutorBerry where I help mentor & tutor medical students. I also run a YouTube channel with loads of amazing didactic content!

My philosophy is to "make everything easy". I will work with you to simplify and  break down challenging concepts into little chunks of information that can be pieced together into a meaningful 'big picture'. I have over 8 years of teaching experience and I am sure I can help you feel more confident about the material and help you succeed!

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, playing board games, and watching cat videos! :-)
